New features

  • Scanning backups does no longer block the user interface; scanning and browsing may finally be done at the same time
  • Added search functionality; This feature is also available via system service from any system services enabled file manager
  • Browsing and searching indexed snapshots is possible w/o the backup device being connected
  • Scans may optionally be performed as superuser; This allows to monitor changes to directories the user doesn't have execute permission to
  • History view now displays size of directories as well
  • BackupLoupe detects snapshots made while the program is running and updates its window accordingly
  • Display type of change in history: new, modified, removed
  • Added statistics view for backup devices / machines
